A donation-funded service still requires trust in its operator. Windows lacks the documented macOS/Linux kill-switch protection, and a VPN cannot protect an already compromised device or make logged-in browsing anonymous.
VPN service
Touch VPN Free
Touch VPN’s Android free app advertises unlimited data and bandwidth, with ads and privacy trade-offs; other platforms are not assumed to have identical limits.

The free service is ad-supported. Its privacy notice describes Google advertising identifiers, session statistics and anonymized domain information; it says these are not linked to identifiable VPN browsing activity. Do not treat this as a guarantee of anonymity.

VPNBook records connection IP addresses and timestamps. Its pages disagree about daily versus weekly deletion, so it must not be treated as a verified no-logs service. Free public credentials and expiring configurations also require maintenance.
