VPN Unlimited at a glance
KeepSolid VPN Unlimited offers native desktop/mobile apps and manual router configurations. The default account has 5 device slots; more slots and Personal IP are paid extras.
Key capabilities
KeepSolid VPN Unlimited offers native desktop/mobile apps and manual router configurations. The default account has 5 device slots; more slots and Personal IP are paid extras.
Limitations to check
USD 9.99 monthly and USD 59.99 annually are recurring published rates. USD 161.99 buys 3 years as a one-time payment; subsequent renewal unverified. Other lifetime offers exist but are not encoded as arbitrary month counts. Do not confuse Unlimited in the name with unlimited device slots. Personal IP, Personal Server, additional devices and MonoDefense bundles are separate purchases.

VPN Unlimited controls depend on app version and protocol
VPN Unlimited’s kill-switch documentation separates operating systems and distribution channels. The Windows standalone application has a documented control. For macOS and iOS, the FAQ ties the option to IKEv2; the macOS App Store version is specifically discussed, while standalone behaviour should not be assumed equivalent. Android uses the operating system’s always-on and block-without-VPN settings.
That makes protocol choice part of the privacy setup, rather than simply a speed preference. Linux app availability does not establish a verified Linux kill switch in this comparison. These statements describe published functionality, not our own interruption or leak tests. A VPN also does not erase the identity of accounts you choose to sign into.
Unlimited is the product name, not the device allowance
The default VPN Unlimited account uses 5 registered-device slots. Some plans have a larger allowance, and additional slots are sold separately. This differs from a service that lets you install freely and only limits the number of active sessions. Check the registered-device rules if you regularly replace hardware or switch between several machines.
Native applications and setup manuals are available for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. Compatible routers also have manual OpenVPN or WireGuard instructions. Those alternatives can be useful for a network device without a native app, but their configuration and available controls depend on firmware; the router option is not a universal one-click installation.
Split tunneling and optional Personal IP
Native split tunneling is documented for Windows and Android. The Windows feature allows selected apps to use or bypass the tunnel, and Android provides app exceptions. Browser-extension rules are a separate scope: changing what the extension protects does not establish native application split tunneling for every operating system.
KeepSolid also sells Personal Static IP and Personal Server products. Personal IP requires an active VPN subscription and is an extra purchase, rather than an included address in the base plan. If a stable address is needed for an allowlist, confirm the location and additional subscription terms. It should not be added simply because a marketing description suggests it guarantees access everywhere.
Monthly, annual and prepaid three-year pricing
The public offer lists exact monthly and annual recurring charges, plus a three-year option described as a one-time payment. The comparison divides that prepaid amount across its stated first term while retaining the actual charge separately. A monthly equivalent therefore does not mean the provider collects that amount every month.
The subsequent amount and period for the three-year purchase remain unverified here. Lifetime offers are another product format and are not converted into a fictional month count. Likewise, MonoDefense bundles and extras should be evaluated separately from VPN Unlimited alone, so that a more expensive package is not silently treated as the base subscription.
Who should consider KeepSolid VPN Unlimited?
VPN Unlimited can be relevant for someone who values a native Linux application alongside the main desktop and mobile platforms, can work within a registered-device allowance and wants the option of manual router configuration. Its paid Personal IP may also merit consideration when a particular workflow requires a consistent address.
Consider alternatives if you need unlimited device slots, a verified Linux kill switch or native split tunneling outside Windows and Android. Compare the exact package, operating system and protocol rather than relying on the product name. No paid-account connection was tested for this review, and no speed, streaming-access or latency outcome is implied by the documented feature set.
Plans, first payment and renewal
Introductory offers and renewals are different billing periods. Compare the actual charge and included months, not only an advertised monthly equivalent.
