A VPN designed around more than one connection
Speedify focuses on channel bonding: its software can use several internet connections within an encrypted tunnel. That makes the relevant purchase question different from simply finding another country’s IP address. Someone with Wi-Fi and cellular, or Ethernet and a backup connection, should evaluate how those links are available on the actual device.
Having two network names is not necessarily the same as having independent connections. If both rely on the same upstream service, a shared outage can affect both. The provider’s claims about uninterrupted sessions describe its intended design; they are not measurements from our own calls, uploads or livestreams.
Five devices for one individual account
The Individual subscription supports one user with up to five simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android have official downloads, with Linux covering Ubuntu, Debian, Raspberry Pi OS and related distributions. Check current operating-system requirements before subscribing, especially when an older phone or computer is part of the setup.
Family and router products are separate licences. In particular, a standard Individual subscription cannot activate a Speedify router. The separate Router License has its own data tiers and includes a companion Individual account. Avoid treating that companion entitlement as proof that buying the cheaper Individual plan gives the same router coverage.
Bypass changes both privacy and connection behaviour
Speedify uses its own bonding protocol rather than WireGuard or OpenVPN profiles. That matters for an existing external client or router configuration: support for those standard profiles alone does not establish compatibility with Speedify. The service should be selected around its own software and supported router product.
App Bypass is documented on Android, and on Windows and Linux from version 17. 2. Other platforms can use domain, address or port rules. Bypassed traffic loses the tunnel’s encryption, bonding and automatic failover. The documented Internet Kill Switch supports Windows, Android and iOS and starts disabled; macOS and Linux are not assumed to have the same switch.
Recurring totals and additional infrastructure costs
The checked Individual rates are USD 14. 99 billed monthly, USD 89. 99 billed yearly and USD 179. 99 billed every three years. The published wording specifies recurring periods rather than a separate established introductory renewal jump. A divided yearly figure is useful for comparison, but the annual or three-year total is paid for that billing period.
Private servers cost extra. Speedify offers a managed Dedicated Server with an exclusive static IPv4 address, and a separate self-hosted option. Neither is included in the Individual price shown here. Someone needing an address for allowlisting should compare the complete base subscription and server add-on cost rather than treating ordinary shared-server access as a dedicated address.
Consider the network problem you want to solve
Speedify is relevant when combining connections or keeping a session alive through a failing link is the main objective. Set usage priorities carefully if one connection has an expensive mobile-data allowance. Encrypted traffic can still consume the carrier’s data; a VPN subscription does not replace the internet services providing those links.
We have not tested bonding gains, latency, streaming access or disconnection behaviour on an authenticated account. Streaming Bypass is also not an overseas-content feature: the provider says it routes a service directly through the normal connection. Evaluate the software with your own available links before assuming advertised stability or throughput will match your environment.

Introductory offers and renewals are different billing periods. Compare the actual charge and included months, not only an advertised monthly equivalent.

How many devices can connect simultaneously?
Individual:1 user,5 simultaneous devices. Family5users/5each is separate.
Is the introductory monthly equivalent the renewal price?
No. It divides the exact first payment by its initial service period. Renewal is shown separately with its own charge and period; an unknown renewal is never inferred from the introductory offer.
Does a supported platform include every feature?
No. Protocols, split tunneling and kill switches can have different platform support. Use the feature descriptions above to check the app you intend to use.
Can Speedify Individual activate a router?
No. Speedify says compatible router devices require a separate Router License. That licence includes a companion Individual account; the reverse entitlement is not implied.
Does App Bypass retain Speedify bonding?
No. The provider says bypassed apps use the normal connection and lose Speedify encryption, bonding and failover. Other traffic remains inside the tunnel.
